How it works!

Sage Help, part of HW Technology, can help you with your Sage software. Our support service covers all aspects of Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll and report designer, and can be extended to providing support on Sage 200 and Sage CRM.

How does it work?

We provide support remotely, either via a remote session into your computer, or simply by telephone. We recommend the remote support as this allows us to demonstrate to you how to get the best from your Sage software, and you can interact with remote the session as required. After all, its your software and your computer. The remote connection takes no longer than a few minutes to be up and running.

What about sage reports?

We can create brand new bespoke reports, and alter and amend existing reports as you require. If the required report cannot be created in Sage report designer, we can advise you of your options.

How much does it cost?

This depends on what support and assistance you are after. There is a minimum charge of £25 + VAT, although if we are unable to provide a solution, then there will be no charge. Once we have a clear picture of what you need, we will advise you of the price, and if accepted, we then complete or arrange to complete the work requested. When can the support or work be provided?

We will arrange a suitable time for the session, or this can often be provided immediately, depending on workloads and your requirements. In emergencies, we can usually provide assistance almost immediately.

How is payment taken?

We normally require payment by credit card, although for frequent users, or those who cannot arrange payment by credit card, we may be able to offer credit terms. Please ask when you call.

How do I start?

You can phone our offices on 01392 274707 (Exeter) or 0845 504 8989 (Preston) and speak to one of our Sage specialists. They will guide you through the support process. Our remote support is provided through a browser (Internet Explorer), so all you need is your web browser and a working internet connection. Any remote session is fully secure to the highest standards, and you have complete control during the session.

What experience do you have?

Our team is made up of I.T. specialists, qualified accountants and bookkeepers, with a combined experience of over 60 years on Sage products. Our wealth of experience covers all versions and functions within the Sage software packages, even those no longer supported by Sage themselves.
